A FengShui Story of Yin Yang Body Balance:

Last week I went to Princeton, NJ to check residential FengShui. When I saw the housewife and shook her hand to say hello I immediately felt her energy level was very low.  

 First, her hands were so cold… like ice. 

Second her voice was very slow and low.  

 Third, when she was 40 years old she started to bend her back forward and. could not stand straight.

 After I checked her house FengShui I was able to give her much advice to change the new layout. At the same time I told her “I want you to do a few things to boost your energy level as fast as we can”.

 The problem was that her body completely lost her yin and yang balance. Her body had no yang energy at all.

 Here is how to tell if you have more Yin or Yang Energy.


Yang Observation 1: When a person talks fast, acts fast and is full of energy they always feel hot. They like to eat and drink cold food and cold ice water even in winter. They stand straight. Those kind of group people belong to more Yang energy. Like the  little boy that never stops playing, lots of energy. These people you can see stand straight. Why ? Because they have lots of Yang energy. Keep this in mind when I explain how to balance your Yin and Yang.

 Yin Observation 2. When a person talks slow, acts slow, is always tired or always cold They have more Yin energy. They like to wear lots of clothing yet they are still cold. They like hot drinks and hot food even in summer. When they look at ice water, they feel uncomfortable. These people find it hard to stand straight. They belong to more Yin energy. This was the case of my client. Older people like quite. Not so much action. They bend their back. Why? When person is getting older they lose their Yang energy.

 Therefore when you want to keep younger looking, live a life of longevity you have to  keep Yang and Yin balanced.

 Some Tips On Keeping in Balance: In this case getting more Yang.

 Tip 1: Your back belongs to Yang. Your front belongs to Yin. So when you loose Yang your back does not have enough Yang energy to support it. You bend your body forward. You ust correct this as soon as possible to balance your Yin and Yang.

Stand straight with your chin tucked in to your chest, your chest open and your hips slightly bent forward. You immediately look 10 years younger. That is because you are balancing your Yang energy. It is not just standing straight. It has to do with energy… like the Emperor’s walk.

 Tip 2: Get a sun bath on your back, it is very good way to increase Yang energy too.

 How did my client balance her Yin and Yang energy?

First. We Adjusted her indoor energy (FengShui) which effects her every day life.

 Second. She now does the Emperor’s Walk. It is the best way to grab outdoor energy every day when she is out of house.

 Third: She stopped green tea. She drink Green tea year around. It is wrong. From now on I prefer her to drink Black tea. Because green tea increases Yin and decreases Yang. Black tea increase Yang.

 Fourth: . Have GouQi berry tea. One small hand-full. It is very good way to keep your kidney and liver strong. GouQi Tea can slowly warm the body’s physical situation up. You can get it at most Chinese food markets or on the internet.

 Fifth: Every night before sleep, use hot water (prefer deep basin) to soak her feet up to the knee. This will encourage the blood to go faster and better circulate the whole body. And increase Yang.
